Genoogle is a fast similar DNA sequence searching engine.

It was developed by [http://www.pih.bio.br Felipe Albrecht] as your [http://www.comp.ime.eb.br/dissertacoes/2009-Felipe_Albrecht.pdf master grade thesis (in portuguese)], but the development continues!
